Modeled a fairy because I like whimsical childish art things. Done in Solidworks for some practice, but not constrained so wouldn’t last a second in the real world. Feliks might try to mess with it in C4d for fun. I have a cold and it is making me loopy.
That shoulder is driving me nuts but it was a quick project and I don’t have time to fix everything that’s wrong all the time. Also, I’d make the bottom of the dress concave and mess more with the hair line.
The colors are ugly, but I didn’t want to start over. Hey, first blankets are suppose to be ugly right? At least the cat likes it.
Found an oldie. Concept poster for “Rochelle, Rochelle”, a fake movie mentioned in Seinfeld.

I had been seeing this stitch all over the internet recently and am happy I tired it and took a break from the massive shower curtain/blanket of doom. It builds up really quickly and has a great texture….just ignore the cat hair.
Had to entice the cat with catnip! I’ll also make the next one larger.
The basket weave stitch created a super thick material, probably around an inch thick. Definitely not for the hook and yarn size I was using.
